Walmart has started putting these out for the Summer season. They have two versions - one was $7.88, the other $9.88.

Just thought I would post for those looking for a cheaper option over the Disney ones (which ran about $20+ last year if I remember right).

We find these on the back end cap in the DIY section at Wal-Mart, it seems like they are on permenent "Roll Back" at our store,

They are always less than $5, we do like them, esp with the lil kids, but we have found that if you leave batteries in it, they will corrode and distroy the contact points

our store also has just the mini fan fan with foam blades for like $2 year round

Right now, the ones on the merchandise carts in WDW are $17 each. Still crazy, but not $20+.

The Disney ones are pricey,but bought mine when I took my niece and nephew to WDW when they were 5 and 9. Now they are 16 and 20. I leave for WDW Sunday with my 3 yo DD and it will be going with us! It's had many Disney trips,baseball games, and field days. There's something to be said about quality!
