FYI, If you're at VB and love astronomy

At various times throughout the year, VB gets their telescope out and has it on the boardwalk near the ocean.

They did this last year when Mars was very visible.

The location of the resort makes for great star gazing.

Anyway, it looks like some of the planets will be aligned with eachother in the sky tonight. Here is a link. VB should be a great spot to catch this at.

Thanks for the tip. I won't be at VB any time soon, but I will step outside tonight and check out the planets. I've been noticing Venus but haven't kept up with the others, so I will look for Saturn and Jupiter tonight...

And I observe that your countdown clock says you don't have too long to wait for your next trip! I'm more thn a little jealous...

We love the stargazing activities with Mike when we are at Vero. He is very knowledgeable and is one the people that make Vero such a special place to our family.
 

In December, he had the sun filter out on his telescope...

That was pretty neat to be sungazing during the day looking for sunspots...
