FYI - Expected Storm Track and Starting Times

Low pressure, currently centered across the Deep South, will
continue to track northeastward throughout the day. The
storm will be located across the North Carolina coast by 7a.m.
Thursday before tracking offshore Thursday afternoon. This
track will result in a large area of snow and ice stretching from
the nation€s heartland to southern New England.

Snow is expected to spread into northern Virginia and West
Virginia Wednesday evening. Snow will start in Washington, D.C.
and Philadelphia around daybreak Thursday. Meanwhile, snow
will begin in New York and Boston during the afternoon hours
Thursday.
