For those that are expecting the voucher or have rec'd it be careful with it. I know DCL is suppose to send it directly to your TA....ours got sent to us b/c we sent a letter requesting reimbursement on other issues for our 9/4 cruise so they sent a "sorry" letter and the voucher to us. I didn't realize that our TA never got it (even though it was addressed to her) and it was considered the "original". Anyways I just booked another cruise and my TA called DCL and they were giving her a hard time about the 25% voucher asking how did we get it and they can't process it without the original letter. I faxed her a copy but they wouldn't budge until they get it. They said it had to be mailed back to them with the new reservation #. She was pissed b/c the address was to a P.O. Box and UPS won't deliver with confirmation. When she asked what if it got lost or not sent to the right person it should still be in your system. They were like if you lose it you do not get 25% off. Luckily she was able to get a physical address and I sent it to them.
She said it sounded like they were hoping people would lose it or just not use it. I mean come on I'm in there system????
If you have it keep it in a safe place b/c it's worth hundreds of dollars!!!!
