FW Walking Trail to WL?

Is this currently open? We leave Tuesday. Many months ago someone mentioned it may be closed due to WL construction...wondering if anyone knows if it is accessible currently?

The nature walk along the lake is closed. The paved road with sidewalk through the woods is not.
