FW Essentials

Does anyone have any items that they bring camping with them that is specific to FW? We camp a lot during the summer and our 30ft travel trailer is pretty well equiped, but I would love to hear what you bring to FW that makes life there a little easier. I want to know food ideas, equipment ideas, supply ideas and any other miscellaneous info that you might have.

One item that we always bring are wooden clothes bars. We hang out our towels and bathing suits while in the parks (under our awning of course with those daily showers) and everything is dry when we get back.

I love my outdoor kitchen rack thingy that I got from Sportsman's Guide. It will hold my two-burner hotplate and my toaster oven and gives me prep room, too. I like getting the hot things out of the rv and it helps me watch the kid playing while I'm cooking. I throw a tarp over it when everything has cooled and no worries about a rain.

I have considered getting one of those, but my husband thought that they were kind of bulky and expensive. It's nice to hear that someone else uses them.
