FW and AAA?

I am about to make reservations for next Feb. Does anyone know if the AAA discounts apply to FW campsites as well?

I know I will find out when I call the travel agent as well.

Yes and this last Nov we saved over $300 for the 30 days. However, it's hit and miss and when DW first asked there were only like two days with the discount and like a week later the whole 30 days was available.

For this upcoming Dec-Jan foray Rhonda is in charge of getting any AAA that we might qualify for.

You guys are talking AAA discounts. But what about military discounts? Has anyone ever gotten one of those and if so how do they work?

I am not exactly sure on this. I asked last year about getting a military discount in Oct. and they said there weren't any available. Now, that may have meant that the blocks reserved for this discount were already taken, or they don't have them period. This year with the offer of 40% off rooms, they did have the discount for sites, but, they were scoffed up quickly. I can tell you that from Oct.23-Nov.1 they do not have any available. The best advice I can give you is to call reservations and ask. You may luck out!
