I foresee one day that WDW parks, etc. will be only for guests staying on property in one of their resorts; not in my lifetime, but somewhere down the road an all-inclusive private resort which would include all meals, beverages, transportation, park admissions, etc. Only costs to guests would be souvenirs/gifts/clothing, food items (other than the free dining); all conveniently available onsite. I see Disney constructing enough rooms/shopping centers/theaters/theme parks, etc. to assure their financial viability; truly an all inclusive resort catering to all the needs of those staying onsite; no need for guests to spend their money elsewhere; no overcrowded parks, long lines. The planners can figure out a good mix of guests-to-attractions ratios, based on previous trends.
Is this feasible, or just the diabolical ramblings of a dreamer?
