I need some help!!

I am going over restaurants and menus and reviews and seem lost. I am looking for a signature restaurant for my mom and I to go to. I will be paying OOP as all of our ts credits are accounted for. I don't mind paying as long as the meal is going to be worth it

I keep looking back to Fulton's Crab House. I think I am captivated because of location and what it looks like from the inside. My mom LOVES lobster!! I can't stress that enough. I don't like it, but I'm doing that for her.

I have also looked at Narcossees...Flying Fish...Citricos...Cali Grill (not sure tho).

What are all your thoughts? Particularily of Fultons....I don't hear much of it. Pleeeease help!!!!

We love Fulton's. You probably don't hear much about it because it's not on the dining plan (most of the DTD restaurants are not). Our several recent experiences there were very good in both quality of food and service. It's a nice place to get away from the routine of the parks and resorts. It's a bit pricey, but not much more than the average "signature" restaurant ad we feel the food is well worth the price. I've seen a few negative reviews, but just a few.

NOTE:
Fulton's, as several other WDW eateries, is part of the Levy chain.
The eatery has decent service and food, but not stellar.

We love Fultons! If you aren't a seafood person, I've had their filet and been pleased.

My family and I had dinner at Fulton's in August 2008 and thought it was very good, so I would recommend it.

I think if you are not locked into going to DTD for dinner, Narcoosee's would be hands-down better than Fulton's.
We thought Fulton's was OK, but Narcoosee's is one of the best on property IMO.

I haven't been to Fultons but I've had the lobster at narcoosees many many times. It is very good, and the rest of the menu is excellent too!

If price is a consideration, check out the menus...lobster is pricey. If location is important, pick the one that is where you want to be at that time (or that is easy to get to from your location.) You can enjoy Wishes from Narcoossees, as well and walking around the GF and over to the Polynesian is sooooo beautiful. I'm sure she will enjoy the lobster either place, so choose based on other considerations.

We used to go to Fultons on almost every trip. The last time we went, 2 years ago, I think the prices went up. It was really expensive. I don't mind paying a premium if the food is top notch and the setting is special. We were in a crowded room and the food was good, not fantastic. I remember thinking the kids meals were overpriced.

Price isn't a consideration. It is a gift for my mom. Since it is an OOP meal, I just want her to be happy with the meal. She really enjoys a lobster meal but we don't get them at home......closest we have is a Red Lobster, NOT fine dining.

Fultons looks beautiful at night in pictures....that has me looking. BUT I have not been to any of these. So I ask for help

Overall our experience at Fultons was kinda blah. The waitress was slow the food wasn't very good and the experience didn't leave me wanting to go back.

Narcosse is great. Lobster is delicious and they have a surf and turf. If you have a later seating you can see Wishes from the GF beach as well. We will be going back here soon! Highly recommend this!

Ate at Fulton's in December and I wish we had gone somewhere else. Atmosphere was fine, but noisy and tables were very close together. Service was excellent. Food was - eh and not worth the price in my opinion. I love Narcoossee's and really wish we could have gone there.

We liked Fultons on our recent trip ... but the last 2 trips we've done Flying Fish and LOVED IT!!! .... But you gotta check the menu or even call FF and ask about the lobster availability. We love it too and can always get it in Maine or Boston when we travel.

We love Fultons! Been there about 7 times and each time we get the same thing, king crab claws and fried lobster tail (not on the menu but they will make it for you) and every single time the food is to die for and the service is top notch! I have pics in my Nov 2010 thread

If you are looking for lobster you cannot find it better anywhere else. DH had the lobster tail at Narcoossee's and he said it was ok. Cali Grill isnt that great but Citrico's is a fantastic choice.
