Further Expansion at Copper Creek Villas and Cabins?

There have been a handful of reports this week of permit filing for locations in and around Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Some insiders have shared that occupancy continues to be down at the Lodge and more conversions may be planned. A recent permit filing suggests that 17 cabins/structures may be added, based on the notation of specific addresses that are presently not affiliated with any structures on Wilderness Way. There is already a thread going about this here. Personally I'm not convinced it isn't related to the refurbishment of CCV that is expected in this timeframe (that aligns with inventory being pulled out of service). I guess the Imagineering Permit would be different, but that could be some theming upgrades or something innocuous. Seems unwise to expand another resort at this point in time given the amount they have for sale and the cost that went into redoing the WL rooms in 2021.
