Of course the DDs are pushing for a Disney trip again, that's no surprise, but DH keeps bringing it up!

Three weeks ago:
General conversation about WDW.
DH: (mumbling) If somebody would just order tickets...

Two weeks ago:
Me: (thinking to myself, older DD was 6, 8, and 10 when we've gone, so maybe we'll go when she's 12?)
DH: (apparently reading my thoughts) So what were the intervals between trips? They weren't all 2 full years...

Last week:
Me: Disney Princess on Ice is coming. I want to go to that and surprise the kids.
DH: Let's just save our money and go to DW instead.

Last night:
Me (being cryptic in case the kids are awake): We're going to that thing I want to go to (Disney on Ice). Which date do you want to go?
DH: Oh, when do I want to go to WDW? Next month!

It's so funny HE's pushing to go! It hasn't even been a year yet. We have enough saved in our Disney/Fun account, and part of me want to run with his apparent willingness, but maybe I want new kitchen cupboards, or a trip to Gatlinburg? What to do, what to do! Hopefully I'll win one of the three WDW trip contests I'm entering :rotfl:

Anybody else getting such peer pressure?

PS We are going to Disney Princess on Ice, VIP seats! Anybody else been yet?

I think someone is telling you to go again....LOL The kids are only young once, get to Disney as much as you can before they don't want to do it again. :) That's our philosophy anyway.

You know, Gatlinburg is starting to seem like a good trip for older kids- 14 hour drive, zip lines, rafting, go-karts, things my just-turned 8yo is still unsure about. They may convince me to do WDW in 2010 yet.

I don't know about taking them out of school yet again, so maybe right at the beginning of June. We've never been there in hot weather and summer crowds, kind of scared of that.

I totally agree with you. I'm taking my son to DLR and he wasn't even that excited about it. I told him that I wanted to do this kind of thing as much as possible before he grows up. He actually got kind of emotional about it and hasn't complained about the trip since!:goodvibes

OMG!!! I feel ya!
We just left Disney Sept.3! And my sister is already talking about going back! LOL! This was our 3rd year in a row. We planned on skipping this past trip, but we were both so sad that we had to go! :) My brother-in-law is threatening devorce if she trys to go again! LOL! I would love to go again, but I think we should maybe skip this next year. But, as I type this I feel my heart hurting. Who knows what will happen! :rolleyes1

ok I know money may not matter, but we did Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Splash country this past summer and we spent a bundle. I wish we would have just spent it on another trip to Disney. We had fun but it wasnt Disney. Just my opinion! Its good we all have options but I am with your DH on this one!
