Ok everyone.. What are some of your nicknames..

My mom calls me princess: Queenie(short for queen of the universe)

and my husband callls me sweetness..

We call my son ratboy.. so yes I am the proud mom of a 9 year old ratboy.

Ok lets hear yours

my niece and nephew call each other tarhead - but only when they do something really stupid. (They called their father that two days after he backed into my car for the SECOND time).

My older brother wanted to name the new baby Frosty. You guessed it, it was my name for 18 years. The odd part, I was born in June. Go figure.

Hmmm.. I don't really have a funny nickname, but my sister's kids call me "Holly Dear" instead of Aunt Holly. My oldest niece started that when she was very little because people used to call her sweetie and dear! LOL

I call my dd5 Gigi - when she was a baby and just started to talk, she used to say the letters G -I - G - I over and over, so I just put it together, and now that's what I call her. My dd1's name is Isabella, everyone call's her belly.

My nickname at work is Disney. We call my DD Princess or blondie. We call DS either bone head or bopper, and I think the cutest is my kids call DH "Buddy"

DH and I both call DS9 "Lovey". It's not something we should be calling him in public since he will be in fourth grade next year, but sometimes it slips out. Oops!

We call my nephew chunky monkey, and my little sister stinky or smoochie-poo

When were dating (18 years ago) I called my wife "wench." Now I call her "freak." It looks funny written here, but they're both terms of endearment! And you should hear what she calls me!

I'm new to the dis, but I don't think it would be in good taste to write it! She was calling me "Idiot" way before "Everybody Loves Raymond" made it famous!

I have lots of different nicknames....

My parents have always called me "Shortcake" and "Mushroom"

Now these two are not funny nicknames, they are just cute fun ones.

Then my best friend always calls me Sarah Bear

I also got a cute nickname here on the DIS boards, on one of the threads I go on a lot. They call me Sarah Sunshine

My DD15 nickname is Booty. My aunt gave her that nick when she was born.

Also my daughter calls my best friend TeTe because she couldn't say auntie when she was just starting to talk. Now at almost 16, she still calls her that. My friend said her feelings would be hurt if DD ever called her Cheryl :rotfl:

Mom calls me Ledeet or Ledeedo and DH calls me Babe.
Sis 1 is Gootzann, Gootzannie, or Duggadugga.
Sis 2 is Schmeb or Schmebee.
DS is peanut, Skeeter, or Killer (as my DM calls him) b/c he's growing so quickly.
Sis 1's son is Petes, Petos, or P-Nuttiest.
Btw, my mom has songs to go with mine and DS's nicknames. Yes, she's nutty.

Hmm. To other people (but in my presence), Clint refers to me as Ding-A-Ling. Not sure why, but I he'll say "Well, I had to work today, but Ding-A-Ling here slept because she worked." or "I was outside and Ding-A-Ling here didn't answer the phone." He doesn't call me that when I'm not around, but my own name. It's not offensive at all, he's teasing me.

My co-workers call me "Bling Bling" or "Misdemeanor." One even has her children trained so that when I call her house, I hear her 4 year old screaming "GET YOUR BLING BLING ON!!" in the background.

I'm not even vaguely offended by either one. I answer to just about anything, such as Hey You, Hey Blondie, Hey Girl, Hey _$%&^! If you yell within my earshot, I'll turn around. :rotfl:

When I was learning to write, I wrote from right to left instead of vice versa. My name, Paige, became Egiap...so my dad always called me Iggy or Yapyap. My youngest sister is the only one who still calls me that.

My 6yo's nickname is Scooch because of the way she scooted and never crawled before walking.

My 4yo always gets called Tidbit. I don't really remember why. I think it had something to do with the way she used to act when I opened a can of pineapple....juicy tidbits.

My brother calls me Ish Kabibble. Or Bibble. He has done this since we were wee children.
