So true! Meet my big coat, it is waiting on a hook for dog walking duty. I am 5'1" and I got a tall LL Bean Ultrawarm so it is just about gown length of toasty goodness.

I live in New England we don’t own coats

For real no one wears a coat. All the kids at the bus stop on Friday were just wearing sweatshirts. No one out yesterday getting gas with me yesterday had a coat on. One had a winter hat on but I suspect they were excited about their new patriots hat and weren’t wearing it to stay warm.
