I just want to know why any of them had packed luggage (Howells, I'm looking at you) for a 3 hour tour.

They had planned on going to catch a flight to a long trip in a fabulous place right after the cruise. I totally get these people.

They would have sent their luggage ahead instead of dealing with it on the ship.

Why was Ginger in an evening gown, unless she got caught doing the "walk of shame" and didn't have time to change into day-time clothes before the cruise.
