You know, it's funny, as a kid I was the exact oppostie to the point htat I annoyed my parents and grandparents by turning off lights all the time. It was the early 80's and the term "energy crisis" was pretty prevalent. I wanted to be a good little "energy bug" and conserve. Sometimes I would turn off lights with someone in the room if I didn't see them!
