Ugggh!!! There was some kind of mixup with my dental insurance and I owed a combined $9.42 extra for January and February. I could increase my autopay online for $4.71 per month but had to call to resolve the underpayment.

Trying to pay that thru their automated phone system was a real hassle; like pulling teeth.
