Funny Disney Stories thread!

So in 2007 my sister mam and i were in Epcot. we were having itsacadosies because it was soo hot. thwn we looked around and saw this huge gray squirrl. it started coming at us and it looked so cute. but as itgot closer it looked like it was goiing to run up my sisters leg to get her itsacadosie. we started running. finally this thing got cut off by some other people that went to try and touch it! :rotfl:

-In line for Test Track, my friend and I were bored so we started dancing randomly to the crashing and stuff in the queue. It was random dancing like Snoopy, LOL.

-I screamed "IT'S THE TRONORAIL!" and everyone was like "wuhh?"

-My best friend and I were walking out of Epcot and she ran face-first into a pole in the ticket line. We still don't know how she did it :lmao:

-I screamed like I was dying on Space Mountain.

-Everest I had my hands up on the backwards part and I was like "oh, it wasn't that bad" and we go down the drop outside and the photo has my friend with her hands up .. and me next to her, pure terror on my face with me holding on to her for dear life, lol.

I remember on the bus from ASMu to the Magic Kingdom, a family boarded after us and the mom started freaking out over a hair on the seat. She made her kids and husband sit on the other side of the bus and kept going on about it the whole ride there. :rotfl:

On that same trip, we kept seeing people wearing the same pink and green argyle polo top. It was hilarious, EVERYONE had that shirt on. And they weren't in a tour group and it wasn't the same person.

sometimes if a school band goes there or other big group they do that but they all split up and werent in a huge group

I have tons!

We usually have about 12-15 people in our park group when we go down for our family reunions, and to keep us all together we walk around with our hands up. People move out of our way and we can always see where the eachother is over the crowds. Anyway, one night we were in line for TOT and these teenaged guys in front of us asked if they could join in. Eventually we had like 20 people in front and behind us in line put their hands up. The guy who was loading us was really cranky and told us to put them down because it was annoying, but when we got on we put them up again and everyone in line clapped for us :D

When we were there this spring my cousin and I were walking around MK with these yak mittens that belonged to her mom. As usual, our group walked into the haunted mansion stretch room with our hands up to try to make the workers laugh (since they are supposed to look kinda creepy) and the guy was cracking up so we started talking to him with the yak puppets. He was laughing so hard he was crying and he had to hide by the wall! He told us to come back when he was working again later that week because his job was boring so we did and I have TONS of funny stories from that :p

when i was really young i rode rocking roller coaster which was my first thrill ride in disney
it was just me and my dad cause my sis didnt want to and my mom couldnt
so we are on and i was waiting for it to take of thinking it was a slow start, it shot off so fast that the entire ride my hands were actually white when i got off the ride
the picture was of me and my dad in the front seats and i had a look of pure terror and shock while my dad was laughing with his hands up with *rock and roll hand sign*(couldnt figure out how to say this)
this was the only ride picture we ever bought and it is still hanging on the wall

another time this year my friends and I were sitting on the curb in MK waiting for Spectromagic to start, and this janitor was walking by. well he was dancing and humming to himself and we thought it was hilarious, so without thinking I just yelled to him "nice dance moves!" he was like "thanks!" it was really funny and we saw him a little farther down the curb while the parade was going on. after, when everyone was leaving and he was cleaning up, he was still dancing! My friends (first timers) were surprised by how much these people love their jobs, and now wanna go with me to work there when we graduate! lol :)

That's cute. If I worked in Disney, i'd be dancing too.

Last year, my family was in Disney when a space shuttle was going to be launched, we had no idea till our bus driver told us that to was going to happen and that we'd be able to see it if we looked in the right direction. The whole bus was talking about it then when when we got back to our room, my dad and I (both love space stuff) went outside to see if we could see anything and apparently we were not the only ones with this idea b/c it looked like half of CSR was outside looking up. We did end up seeing it, it was really cool, (My g-pa (who also loves space and who was staying at the Contemporary)got a video of it) then while we watched it the sprinklers came on!

I have a nice one from this last trip to DLR. I was in line at Pixie Hollow, and one of the ladies in a wheelchair party (they're off to the side a little).. well, this is how it went.

Lady 1: Everyone, start clapping! She just said she doesn't belive in fairies!
PH Character Handler: -clapping- If Tink dies, it's all your fault!
Lady 2: No, I said I don't believe in Peter Pan. There's a difference.
My momma: -aside- not really..
PH Character Handler: How do you not believe in Peter Pan?
Lady 2: He annoys me. People who annoy me don't exist.
Me: -aside to mom- I wonder if wee can do that with all of the rude guests...

And then my momma and I started cracking up! Almost everyone within earshot had been clapping this entire time. It was great!

Several years ago, at Night of Joy, my dad and a friend of his were walking to a ride when a youth group that had linked arms and was skipping along almost ran into us. We had to quickly change course or else we would have been run over by a dancing youth group.

Not as funny as ones here, but I guess you just had to be there for it.

We went on a family trip in 2007, when my younger male cousins were 9 and 7. They wanted to go on every ride, even the "scary" ones, and it was funny seeing how freaked out they got on certain rides but always tried to look "tough". When we went to AK, my sister, DF and I rode EE a couple of times before my grandparents got there with my cousins, so we already knew how the ride went backwards and all. Anyway, we decided to ride again all together, I sat with my youngest cousin and DF was in front of us with my oldest cousin... when we got to the pause right before the coaster goes backwards and the tracks look broken, my DF turns to my cousin and says very seriously, "Uh oh. This wasn't like this before...". My poor cousin, terrified, managed to squeak out "...it wasn't?" right before the train starts heading backwards. :rotfl: cracks me up to this day, especially because after we got off he nonchalantly proclaimed that the ride "wasn't scary at all".

Ahhh... so many funny times at WDW!

ooooh ooooh one more! Some of my absolute favorite memories of riding TT are going on it over and over again until we got the best Photopass pic. This past November, DF, my CM friend and I rode TT several times with different "plans" for each picture... best one is when the three of us are in front, with a dad and two younger sons in the back... we pretended to all be sleeping, while Dad and his kids have their hands up in the air enjoying themselves to the fullest extent. We saw them at the monitors at the end of the ride and they got a kick out of the picture too, we heard the dad say "hey look! those people riding with us fell asleep!" before leaving, we got a good laugh out of it for the rest of the day and I love the Photopass pic on my fridge! :lmao:

I have one! Me, my mom, my sister, and my cousin all got on the last ride of splash mountain at night. It was all 4 of us in the front and 1 random guy in the back. At the end part we all started clapping and he joined in. We all started laughing. It was too funny:rotfl:

OOOH I have another one. Okay so we (me, my sister 15, my mom, my dad, my aunt, my uncle, my cousin 13, and my other cousin 7) were in the stretching room for HM. The part were the announcer guy laughs and you see the girl in the ceiling, my uncle made this really loud evil sounding laugh. Everyone laughed except he made one little girl/boy scream :( It was too funny though.

Do you mean where, I think you see Master Gracey hanging when (spoiler) the scrim is lit from behind?
It's definitely a man hanging..

This one was funny at first but then kinda embarassed me after I thought about it for a while!!

So we were watching the american idol show and on the screen they were showing past seasons last show (where the idol is picked). So I kept saying to my friend that Adam Lambert will be next (Im a huge Adam Lambert fan!!) and everytime the screen would flash to another season I would say that. Well finally I was getting disappointed cuz his season was coming on. Just when I lost hope him and kris allen popped up on the screen. I was soooo excited I said pretty loudly, "omg adam lambert!!!". Basically everyone around us turned and looked at me but I was to excited to even notice lol!!

this trip had many funny moments! one of them was we were in line for space mountain and my friend and i had on our b-day pins. So there was a family in front of us, and the dad was like (to his eldest son) "Why dont you sit with the two birthday girls?" and me and my friend had no idea what to say so we just smiled. And his son to had no idea what to say so he smiled and said "i get second seat". needless to say he didnt sit with us. and that was okay.

another one was we were on the great movie ride, and we would always ask for the 2 row, so we can sit behind muggies (: and so we were waiting for the next ride when one of the guys working was like "come on i have room in row 3". and we said no. so he said, "you dont wanna be in my tour?" and we siad we were sorry. So we got in the next tour and our guide was MIcheal. So through the whole ride my friend and I were reciting the whole tour. So when it came to the end where they show the movies, he turned around and asked us "Do you guys work here?" We said no, and then we began to talk about how the ride worked, and all that fun jazz. So then we asked him about the hidden mickey's in the ride and he showed us the ones in the area where the people load the trams.

last one(: We went back on the ride for like 5 times, and we saw the guy that we turned down the first time. So we asked to be on his tour. So he said okay, and while we were on the ride he would change the words of what they had to say just to irk me and my friend. So, after the ride we talked and he had up come back and be on his tour the next day. So we did, and just to irk us again he said "Jimmy Cagney" and not "James Cagney". so we got off the ride and then headed to front and we asked JOhn one of the greaters when you walked onto the ride, and we asked him about the name thing. So we had a 10 min. fight on what to call him.

needless to say, it was one of the best trips ever! (:

No, they were all different ages, and the tops were either green with pink argyle or green with pink. We must have seen it about 15 times in a 9 day trip. :rotfl:

Oh my gosh, almost the same thing happened to me, but we had just entered DHS and I looked over to the big screen and David Archuleta's face was on it so I squealed "OMG ITS DAVID!" :rotfl: And my mom started looking around going "Where? Where?" :rotfl:

I have a good one. One day we were waiting for the jedi training academy. My sister got picked. She was standing front and center. When the jedi master sayed to take out your lightsabers hers would not open. She shoock it about 100 times and it still would not open. Then the jedi assistant came and gave her a new one.:lmao:

ok iv got this story about TOT, my mom made me go on it and i HATE it, so when we got on it, while i was busy screaming my lungs out, this guy sitting next to my mom was screamimg like a little girl! she said it was halarias! hes like "AHHH let me off this THING! HEELLPPP!!! so my mom says "umm are u ok?" and the guys like "ya im fine thanks.HHHEEELLLLPPPPP!!" so she just left the guy to his screaming and started laughing.
