Funniest Typo on DIS Boards

There was a trip report posted on another board a couple of years ago. The poster kept spelling snacks as snakes. Snakes on the plane, snakes in the parks ... :)

I don't think this is a typo, I just think people forget the proper use, but the most common mistake I see on message boards is the use of "to" when it should be "too." too= also, or excessively.
I'd go so far as to say that MOST people use those words incorrectly.

Disney845,

I was going to share a similar story!! I work at the State Legislature, and each bill has a title, "Relating to...such-and-such." Well, one of the bills introduced last year related to PUBIC Education! (Supposed to be Public.) and the scary thing is, although the contents of the bill can be amended throughout the session, the bill title has to remain the same! Thank goodness it didn't pass!

On another board, I did enjoy seeing a certain section of All-Star Movies referred to as the "Almighty Ducks."

According to my son I have made some of that "crap" salad before!! lol!!!! :p

My first post EVER anywhere was on the Dis, it was......

"Who has gone to the sin-along"

It took me awhile to figure out why I was getting all these smarta*s answers back before I caught my typo.......

Hee hee hee, not DIS related, but a job I had awhile back, we were accepting applications, and someone decided to use abbreviations, just not the right ones. They applied to work at the store and be an "a$$ man" We think they meant assistant manager, but no one could stop laughing long enough to call them! :)

Carl, I'll challenge your "to/too" with an "its/it's"

Or their/there/they're. But I still think to/too is the most frequent.
