Funniest scene in a movie?

I'm watching an old movie OnDemand, called "The Four Seasons", starring Carol Burnett and Alan Alda.

The funniest scene in almost any movie I can think of is when each of the couples are in their own cabin trying to fall asleep but the sounds coming from one of the cabins keeps the others awake.

Carol Burnett and Alan Alda were supposed to shoot that scene straight, but at one point they started laughing and couldn't stop. It was so funny that they put that take in the movie. :happytv:

What are some of the funniest scenes from movies that you've seen?

Home Alone...the Pizza Delivery scene and the whole burglary scene at the end.

In Little Miss Sunshine, you have that sweet little girl who has NO business competing in a slick kiddy beauty pageant, but wants to give it a try. So the family gets behind her and her grandfather works with her secretly for weeks on "the routine." She's such a loving, trusting, innocent little girl that you expect a Shirley Temple-esque routine.

They make it to the pageant (with Dead Grandfather out in the van) and she is WAY out of her league. Then she comes onstage to do "the routine'' and it turns out to be this burlesque, risque routine that it totally out of character and she is so innocent she can't even grasp that. The audience is slackjawed and bug eyed. There is the one adult male in the audience enjoying the show and you know he either lives in strip clubs or is a perv.

My DH and I lost it. I laughed so hard I nearly had an asthma attack. It was so inappropriate on so many levels. And the family's reaction to it was priceless.

Blazing Saddles, Campfire Scene and when Mongo (Alex Karass) knocks out the Horse. Caddy Shack, the Oh Henry Bar in the pool and when Bill Muarry eats it.

Summer Rental
John Candy

When the owners of the cottage come for their vacation only to find John & family in their cottage. :rotfl2:

Borat. Several funny scenes. My personal favorite is the scene with his full sock.

Airplane
The actress who played Beaver Cleaver's mom, Barbara Billingsley's, "I speak jive" scene was best among many in that stupid funny movie.

I can watch this movie over and over and this parts still makes me laugh till I cry.

Bruce Almighty

Evan: In other news, the Prime Minister of Sweden visited Washington today, and my tiny little nipples went to France.

Director: What did he just say? Check the prompter.

Technician: The prompter's fine.

Director: Evan, read the copy. Please, the copy's good, just... read it.

Evan: The White House Reception Committee greeted the Prime rib roast Minister, and I do the cha-cha like a sissy girl. I "lika"... do... da cha-cha. I'm sorry, we seem to be having some "technical" difficulties...

The other is Uncle Buck - John Candy

[at a meeting with the assistant principal, who's got a big unsightly growth on her face]

Anita: I'm Anita Hoargarth.

Buck Russell: [Staring at it] I'm Buck Melanoma. Moley Russell's wart. Not her wart. Not her wart! I'm... I'm the wart. She's my tumor. My... my growth. My... uh, my pimple. I'm Uncle Wart. Just old Buck "Wart" Russell. That's what they call me, or Melanoma Head. They'll call me that. "Melanoma Head's coming." I'm s... uncle! Maisy Russell's uncle!

The very first time I saw Ghostbusters and the Stay-Puff Marshmallow man appears with his stupid grin and eyes. The laughing was so loud in the theater, you couldn't hear the dialogue!
