Where can I get funnel cake without going to the parks? We are staying at Saratoga Springs

The boardwalk one is not open yet.

There’s a funnel cake at the EPCOT Flower & Garden festival that’s supposed to be very good. There are other funnel cakes at this booth, too.

Aristocrepes in Disney Springs has Bubble Waffles served with ice cream. Not quite the same as a funnel cake, but somewhat similar.

Nope. Boardwalk hotel is reopening July 2 so I would not expect any changes before then.
