Slap Jack. best card game ever. we played it all day at school once. NOT A JOKE.
Take a box & glue things from magazines on it. like a collage.
Watch a retarted movie & make fun of it.

Let's see for starters you could prank call ppl, but at a sleepover that my friend had a while ago we did "Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board." and it really worked to an extent. We got my friend up like an inch off of the ground. You just have to make sure everyone is concentrating on one thing and all together you say "Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board." Loud but slow. Hope it works for you if you try it.
