Fun, Sun and Mickey ~ Easter 2007 ~ Day 15

Friday April 6th
Weather ~ hot, sunny 80*F

We had a lie-in today (all of 8 o’clock ), had a late breakfast, then set off for Blizzard Beach.

We had a lovely time here ~ there was no way any of us were doing Summit Plummet or even Slush Gusher but we loved the family raft ride and the lazy river and the wave pool.

We had a snack of fries to keep us going, then mid afternoon we went back to our hotel and had a swim in the pool and a sunbathe before getting ready for our evening meal at Whispering Canyon. We all loved the look of Wilderness Lodge, this hotel certainly has the WOW factor for me!

The meal was great fun ~ I won’t say too much so as not to spoil the fun for anyone who hasn’t been yet ~ but don’t forget to ask for ketchup with your meal!!! Lovely food too.

Then back to our hotel for a fairly early night after a very relaxing and enjoyable day.
