Hi, I have been trying to get the most of my adr's by choosing places that will be fun for the kids and will also be tasty! For the fun part---So far I have crystal palace, hollywood&vine, and of course chef mickeys for the character experience. I have whispering canyon, I know some people dont like it but I think my kids will enjoy it and we're from TX so I think the food will be enjoyable. Can yall give me some other places that are fun but no more character buffets (I think we have enough of those), I know biergarten is a popular one, how about sci-fi? give some opinions and more options please.

thanx

Sci-Fi is ok, I'd definatly think about going to 50's prime time though! It is a must do for my girls every time we go. I don't know how old your kids are, but Ohana is good too.

I agree with the PP and recommend O'hana's as well. The food is delicious and the kids can participate in coconut races if they wish.

has fair food but can the atmosphere is fun. They show some fairly tame flicks of old B movies. There are burgers at lunch that are quite good. Stick with those and it's good. Prime Time has a better food selection overall. My three year old wasn't really into it when we first went. Acceptance was better when she was older. I don't know how old your kids are.

Biergarten has gone over well with our kids over various ages. Some people worry about the type of food but my kids have always found what they needed.

I thought Sci-Fi was REALLY quiet! The food was fine, the milkshakes were yummy, the atmosphere was cool, but it was soooo quiet in there. This was the middle of summer, at the height of dinner time....strange.

We liked the atmosphere at Biergarten. So much fun. My kids are picky eaters, but they had plenty to choose from. 'Ohana was also fabulous for fun, atmosphere and food. We did enjoy Whispering Canyon, as well. Gosh, we are easy to please! ;)

Good luck and have fun!
