Me and my friend are goin to disney with my parents. Were 15 years old and its a 17 hour car drive to florida. What is there to do in the car to pass time?

We just drove staright through to Florida for a cruise a few months ago. I think it was 16-18 hours total from here in South Jersey to Port Canaveral........looong drive. It was just me and my parents so that made it even more boring, and worst of all....I couldn't sleep (I just have trouble falling asleep in cars) even thoguh i was extremely tired! You're lucky that you have a friend going with you. You could probably play car games, like the alphabet game. You look at the signs and look for words that begin with A or B and so on, but in alpahabetical order. For example, A for Acme, B for Baltimore, and so on. Or if you both like reading, bring a few books and magazines. You should be able to find something to do. Have fun on your trip! My family and I have driven to Florida 5 times, and i've learned that no matter how long the drive is, it'll be worth it in the end!

When we drive places that is at least 10 hours away, like New Orleans or anything like that, we always take our 6 inch (I think) TV with DVD player to keep me and my bro entertained. It really helps so that you're not too bored.
We're driving for Spring Break '05 to WDW, and it will be my friend, my parents, and I. This will also be the first time we've ever driven, but we're planning on taking the DVD player. Plus there's always portable CD players....
