The belt buckle worn by John Wayne in the Western Scene is an actual buckle worn by the Duke in one of his movies.
There is a hidden Minnie on the loading dock. It roughly right in the center of the backdrop and is a profile of her head. A castmember needs a flashlight to point it out and almost everyone knows where it is.
As you enter the Gangster scene, and approach the run down porch, looking over your left shoulder towards the roof you will see Mickey's silhouette in a warehouse window. (An interesting point about this Mickey...It was not placed there by the Imagineers, but rather by a guy named Carlos, who was a gangster at the Movie Ride a few summers ago. The fake warehouse windows are really next to the actor's corridor, where the Mugsy's wait to take over vehicles. There are chairs and a water cooler up there..it's rather cozy. (I was Mugsy in the summer '92) When the Imagineers found out Carlos had cut out a Mickey and put him there, they liked it so much they kept it!)
Star Tours Fun Facts:
While waiting in line at Star Tours, listen for an announcememt requesting a "Egroeg Sacul" (pronounced sock all) to respond. Sacul is Lucas spelled backwards
The name Tom Morrow is used at the Alien Encounter, but it has been used for many years on the WEDway People Mover attraction. Just as you leave the Carrousel of Progress, a female's voice comes on the speakers and pages Tom Morrow.
The voice of Rex, your robotic pilot, is provided by Paul Reubens, aka Pee-Wee Herman.
Magic Kingdom Fun Facts:
On average 15 children get lost every day in the Magic Kingdom and have to be reunited with their parents by Cast Members. The longest time that a child's parents went missing was 7.5 hours!
Slater from Saved By The Bell (AKA Mario Lopez) shows up for brief amounts of time on Space Mountain TV (SMTV) as a launch coordinator or something. You'll only see him if you are in line long enough!!
The sidewalks leading up to the castle and towards Tomorrowland are wider on the right because most people walk towards the right
EPCOT fun facts:
When looking at World Showcase from the Kiosk on the left side at the rail of the lagoon or from the pathway by Mexico from Future World, the Hollywood Tower Hotel at the Studios can be seen. It blends in with the architecture of the World Showcase.
