Fun extras in WDW

I'm coming to WDW solo March 6-11! I'm SO excited. My second time. First time was for marathon weekend in 2013. But I didn't see a whole lot being busy running.

What are some extras worth doing in Disney? I saw there was getting to sit in the water and interact with a dolphin, which sounded cool. But the fact they wouldn't take a photo using my own camera turned me off to that idea. Any other fun things worth checking out while I'm there? Even if they cost more?

You can play Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. It's free and they will give you a pack of cards per day to play the game. You go around to hidden portals and use the cards to cast spells and progress the story. It's fun, but a time-waster. See also the Pirate Adventures and Agent P's World Showcase Adventure. That's all free to do.

For extra cost, there are all kinds of tours and stuff too. I hear "Behind the Seeds" is very good. There are also desert parties and the like.

I'll be there the same time, I have three words for you. Flower and Garden, at Epcot. Food booths, flower and plant displays, good times. I've been solo a number of times (twice during F&W so I spent almost all my time at Epcot) and I love just taking it easy and not really running around doing extra stuff. There are tours of just about every park, so you can look into that. If you are a certified scuba diver you can dive in the living seas, I've done it twice and it's fun. They give you a DVD with the package, it ain't cheap. A few of the resorts have tours of the resort, I know BW does and I'm pretty sure AKL does. And speaking of AKL, they have a wine tasting at Jiko I think every Wednesday. If you are into wine tasting, France, Italy, Germany and Japan all have wine tastings you can do.
