Nope, he doesn't have a name. Though fans like to refer to him as Ferdinand.

The Beast has no name either. Fans refer to him as Prince Adam.

The scene of Belle and "Adam" dancing in the end is a copy of when Aurora and Philip dance at the end of Sleeping Beauty.

In the Haunted Mansion, at the Ballroom scene, the dancers are dancing incorrectly, the ladies are leading the men. This was mainly because of the Pepper's Ghost effect, which involved reflections, so somethings came out opposite.

The Cinderella water fountain in Fantasyland-The drinking water fountain is child size, or height. It is this way because if adults drink into it, they have to bend over, or "bow" down to the Cinderella statue, while kids don't!

The Enchanted Tiki Room was the very first audio-animatronic show Walt Disney made,and has been at Disneyland since 1963.

Walt Disney World had the same attraction named Tropical Serenade but got replaced by The Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management

While riding the Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh and you are in the owl's house, look to your left and you will see a picture of Mr. Toad (from The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad) handing the deed to the ride to the owl. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh originally housed Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

If you look to the back of the Pet Cemetery on your way out of the Haunted Mansion, you will see a statue of Mr. Toad, another memorial to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

On the Original Carousel of Progress, when it was in Disneyland and at the New York World's Fair as Progressland, the family dog had three different names: Rover, Buster and Sport

Beastly Kingdom was an unbuilt part of AK that would feature an E Ticket Dragon Encounter ride, a Fantasia riverboat ride, and a Unicorn Maze. Budget cuts made it never realized. It can be proven to exost from a statue along the Discovery River and by a dragon being the centerpiece on AK signage.
