Fun Christmas Books?

I've been in a reading mood recently, and of course now I'm in a Christmas mood, so I'm wondering if there are any good, fun Christmas books out there? I've already got Skipping Christmas, which I read last year.

Any suggestions?

How about "The Christmas Box"? It was made into a CBS movie about 6 or 7 years ago with Richard Thomas, but it's still a good and easy read.

There's also an excellent book (title escapes me right now) about a family that comes from New England to NYC every year to sell Christmas trees. It's a true story and very touching, but I can't remember the darn name or authors! Ugh!
