A dear friend is turning 40 next weekend (I'm not far behind 
) and her husband and parents are throwing her a surprise party. I've been racking my brain about a fun gift for her. She is an animal lover and loves to exercise. I'm completely stumped. Wandered aimlessly around Home Goods and the mall but nothing jumped out at me. I want to stay away from flowers/ plants because she is part owner of a flower/ gift shop and there's no way i could come up with anything remotely as nice as her arrangements. I'm hoping to stay away from the standard bottle of wine and compe up with something more unique. Any thoughts?
