Fulton's PS?

Can anyone tell me when I can make a PS for dinner at Fulton's? On the pscalculator it says 30 days prior. I just want to make sure this is correct. Also, can I call Disney Dining for the PS or is there another number for Fulton's? Thanks!

The 30 days is correct for a PS at Fultons. You have to call them directly. They are not part of the WDW PS system.
