Fulton's/Portobello DVC discount change?

If this was anounced earlier I totally missed it. According to the DVC Member site we can now get a 20% discount here for lunch. Dinner is still 10%.

I know Fulton's used to be a 10% discount regardless of time, so this is definitely a change -- I did not get any announcement either. We are certainly pleased since we already had a June lunch planned there.
