Fultons... Just got back a few minutes ago! I may cry!!!

We ate at Via Napoli on 10/4 and I knocked over my dessert glass and it cracked and 1 large piece broke; that's it - no little shards. Within less than a minute there was a busboy, our server and the manager at our table. They cleaned everything up - were very concerned that no one was injured and offered to bring me a new dessert. The server even brought new drinks just in case. And this was my fault.

Now that's great service!!!!

That is some bad service! Can't believe they wouldn't comp the meal you couldn't finish! I would have been furious, especially if there was glass on my children!

We were just there on 9/28 and our service was HORRIBLE, not as bad as yours but really bad. Dinner took hours, drinks were never refilled, it was just bad. The food was all good but we were frustrated because we had to wait so long for it.
