Can one dine at Fultons if they are on the regular dining plan? Just using 2 table service credits instead of 1? Or is this only a possibility if one is using the premium or platinum plans?

Fulton's is 2 credits per person on the regular and deluxe dining plans.

1 credit on the premium and platinum package plans.

If you're on the regular plan, the appetizer is not included.
