Fulton's Crab House

Did anyone else hear that Fulton's Crab House will be on the Disney Dining Plan?
I read on all ears that as of 2012 the restaurant will be participating but when I changed a reservation on line there is a statement that says "This restaurant does not participate in a Disney Dining Plan". So tell me - is it or isn't? One could only hope!

It is listed as a Signature restaurant in the 2012 brochure on Disney's site:
