Fultons - Can you see fireworks

I am thinking of suprising my sisiter with dinner at Fultons and I was wondring how late they were open and if you could see any fireworks . Thanks

Open until 11:00pm, but no fireworks viewing.

I have eaten here a lot and I have never been able to see any fireworks. But the food is great

There are no fireworks at Downtown Disney. The parks that have fireworks (Epcot and MK) are too far away to be seen from Downtown Disney.
