Fulton Crab/Portobello Back on Dining Plan??

Ok, so I looked on the PDF of the Deluxe Dining Plan on Disney's website and it does not list Fulton's Crab House or Portobello as Downtown Disney dining options but when I looked at the Platinum/Premium Dining Plan PDF-they are both listed!
Does anyone know if they back on the plan in general or if they are just on the Platinum/Premium Plan?
My family & I LOVE these 2 restaurants...we were so bummed when they were removed from the dining plan!

1) Premium and Platinum are not technically dining plans.
2) They are much more than that.
3) But, for food, they reimburse actual cost++ for meals.
4) So, many eateries not on DDP or DxDP do honor Premium & Platinum.

They never were and from what I was told when we ate there a few months ago they have no plans to be on a DP other then the platinum.
They have no need as you will likely wait for a table for dinner. I have never had a problem for Lunch however.
We rarely use any form of the DP so it works out better for us.

Fultons/Portabello are only offered on the Platinum & Premium plans, not on the regular DP.

They were both on the Dining Plan until at least 2002. I'm not sure how long after that they stayed on but they were on the regular plan back then, not just the Platinum.

Some part of the current version of the Disney Dining Plan has been around since 2005. Before that, there was a different program that not so many guests used. Fulton's participated in the Disney Dining Plan in 2005 but dropped out in 2006. It currently accepts only the Premium and Platinum package plans (which, technically are not Disney Dining Plans - they are not part of the same program - but are lumped together with the dining plans on the website). I'm not aware that Portobello ever participated in the current Disney Dining Plan but as they are run by the same company as Fulton's, maybe they were on it in 2005 also.
