Hi. I got free full board plus. Now my question is where can I eat? My travel agency say its counter service at lunch and buffet/table service at night, or the other way around. Is that true? I understand it different from the Disney webside

yes, for full board standard or plus thats right.
For full board premium its 2 buffet/table service meals per night per person instead.
