You're the only one who can decide that for yourself. Do you see yourself in that position/with your company over the long term? Is there any chance they'd let you take leave for a few months to do the program? Are you able to afford all your expenses when you return and start looking for another job? Do you have other chances to reapply to DCP in the future? Do you think you'd be happy working as a lifeguard? If you live near the parks -- would you consider applying for a seasonal or part-time role while working your full-time job?
Personally if I had my dream job, or a job that is likely to lead to the dream job, I would keep it. Part-time jobs with Disney don't typically lead to careers or if they do, it can take years of working low wages and a lot of networking. Being a cast member is fun and it's a great opportunity, but might be best for those who are still at the start of (or changing) their careers.
