Full size graco stroller thru AP Security

Has anyone brought a full size stroller thru airport security? How do it work? We brought our Maclaren and it just went thru the xray machine. Just trying to be prepared. It has the carseat attached. TIA

yes I have...

you remove the baby from the carrier. Remove the carrier from the stroller. Fold the stroller. And send everything but the baby through the x-ray machine.

They'll help you get it all through.

We took our big evenflo one last time, which I believe is even larger than the graco overall. It BARELY fit through the xray machine, and once they even had to just use the wand on it. But that was the only problem we had.

We just took our's and we just folded it up and put it thru the x-ray machine. At MCO, they even helped us put it on the belt so it was so easy! All week I was glad that we brought a full size stroller!

I did this past Jan. and I wish I had known that I would have to fold the whole stroller and car seat and put them through the xray machine!! I had my DD3 mos all nestled, sleeping and snug in her car seat hooked onto the stroller. When I approached the xray machines I figured that I would be pushing her through. No Go. I had to take my sleeping baby out of her carseat, send it through, then fold the huge stroller and send it through and then walk through the xray with her. What a headache. I know they have rules for a reason and I am a rule follower, I just wish I had seen a question like this so I would have been prepared. I felt like we really held up the line
