Full Marathon - which parks to visit???

Anyone have experience on the Full Marathon day (Sunday) and touring the parks? Looking to find out which parks were busiest & which parks were quieter. Also concerned with traffic getting to park.

We will not be going to parks until after my BIL finishes the Marathon & we grab a bite to eat. Anticipate we should be finished around 11 - 11:30 & then want to visit a park.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Getting to and from the Magic Kingdom will be difficult until ~9:30. After that everything should be spread out enough traffic won't be too messed up.

None of the parks seemed as busy on marathon day but that may just be my perception.

We were there this year and truly it didn't seem to have any impact on the parks at all. By the time you go to the parks, all the roads will be reopened so traffic won't be a problem either. Go and enjoy the great low january crowds in complete confidence.

Thanks for your imput. Was dreading Marathon day but sounds like it won't be as bad as I thought.
