I was just reading over Disney's terms & conditions and just noticed this part:
So, if you booked your reservation under the name you go by i.e Sandy or Bob instead of Sandra or Robert, which is the name on your ID, is that a problem?
Should I call them to change my name on my reservation or is it really no big deal. I go by a common & popular shortened version of my legal name. I always wished that my parents just named me the name that they call me, because I hardly ever remember to use my legal name
I did the same with my airfare last week, too, so I called Southwest for them to change it (which they did quite easily) but I don't know how important it also is with the resort and how strict they are about it.
All guests' full, legal names (including children) are required at the time the reservation is made. Children's ages are also required at the time the reservation is made
