I've checked out the menus here and on allears, but neither seems to have the full drink menu listed. Some will list the eats avalable at a particular bar, but not the whole menu.:confused3 :confused3

The booze porn thread has a few pictures on there showing drink descriptions, but I'd love to take a look at the whole basic menu that shows up at most watering holes.

Anyone have a text copy? Or even photos of the whole thing?

(I'm especially interested in the Zentini--the green tea martini. I had one in November and am getting a craving for one now...sad, but true.):yay: :yay: :yay:

I believe that for the most part, Disney table service restaurants have full bars. Some have specialty drinks that are listed on the menu and are reprinted on other sources. But if the bartender doesn't know how to make it, a good one will be able to make it from the ingredients supplied.

A full drink menu would be impossible with all the combinations out there.

When I was there in November, they had a small binder that was the largely the same at most of the bars we went to. There were a number of "specialty" drinks they had listed that were consistent from place to place and a few "local" drinks for the specific location.

Disney apparently standardized their selection of available booze and put together this binder of fancy (mostly martini-like) drinks. Year of a Million Dreams cocktail was one, the zentini was one....and there were some others. I was hoping to get a reminder of some of the other things available.

This is correct as far as we have seen also. All the resort bars seem to have the same book of drinks on the menu.

:drinking1 Alrighty then!

Seems there is a minor gap in Disney knowledge! :cool1: I never thought I'd have the chance to be the one to fill in such a gap. I'm so excited! :cheer2:

I'll take photos of said menu when I'm in the World in May and post them to the drinks thread. Then you can all have a better idea of some of the unique drinks available (either for drinking on vacay or for recreation in the home). :drinking1

Piffle, I shall help you on your Quest. I feel it is my duty to research the status of Drinking in WDW & hence, there is much Lounge Hopping to be done.... Since I shall also be there in May, I will be quite happy to assist you by doing my part. ;)

There is a definate gap in the knowledge base when it comes to WDW Lounges. Something must be done!

Leota, you rock my socks! Between the two of us, we should be able to get this thing done.

Thanks for the help! We'll be in the world May 13-17, :woohoo: maybe we'll see one another! I'll just look for the other lush taking photos of the drink menu and give you the Focker look. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

uh...i'll be there in may as well, and i guess i can help with this difficult project as well.

i can't stand looking at drink menus in disney world while downing a Black & Tan at Rose n Crown!!

Excellent Brer Brett!

See if you can get a photo or two through the bottom of that empty black and tan glass.

Enjoy!!

Piffle & Brer - I shall be conducting detailed research May 10-15. Perhaps we should have a Drink Tank er, um a Think Tank?

I'll be going down in July and I will be looking foward to fact checking you! :thumbsup2

I am sure there will be some places I will need to check over and over!:rotfl:
