Fuji FinePix F10

I've used this camera very briefly. The quality is equivalent to the the F10. 1MP is not a discernable difference that will make or break a picture quality at this level, but ISO 1600 is.

I know I'm a Canon lover, but for this one case, I'll take the F10 (not the E900) over the S80 due to 2 main things:

1. Ergonomics (it fits better in my hands)
2. ISO 1600

hi
i have a fuji finepix f10, apart from the fact you recharge it like a mobile phone and it last 500 photos it is recommended for low light photograpy which is a disney must. i have some wonderful photos of the dark rides just left on auto and turned the flash off. also have some great ones of the fire works. you can set it to do a 40 photo burst (continuous) i did 3 lots of these and saved about 30 really good ones and just deleted the rest. i am just a point and shoot person so am mightily pleased with this camera

So would you prefer the E900 over the S80 aswell?

Off to a Jessops tomorrow aswell, have a little play etc.

How does this camera do with action shots like sports? I am a point and shooter too and want a good all around camera that does well in low light and trying to stop the action when my son is playing instead of getting a blur when he runs past me. So do you basically just use it on the auto mode and no real manual adjustments. That is what I am looking for - pick it up and take a picture. Thanks for any input.

hi
there is a sport mode with flash on, flash off but again i found the 40 photo burst captured speed better. it is so easy to delete the ones you don't want!
the best advice i was given was practice in your road at night taking photos of street lights, then go to a super store car park and take photos and then if you can find a bridge over a fast road take photos of speeding cars and see which settings you prefer. i very rareley take mine out of auto having dione all this, this seemed the clearest. :)
