Fuel ? Whats Going On?

Hiya

I have been living in a box this week, whats going on with fuel? I went to fill up this morning and four of the closest stations near me have totally sold out of diesel!!! I mean my tanks 3/4 full but I wanted to top up for the week coming.

I must have missed something. Im on diesel fuel and I will be doing 800 miles this week I dont wanna be running out.

Is there a blockaide somewhere?

With the ever soaring prices nothing would suprise me.

Garages seem to be fine here, maybe people have started to panic buy as they are threatening to blockade next week.

there are rumours that there may be a blockade next wednesday, well thats whats on the grape vine here ! but who knows , these rumours start and then as usual nothing becomes of it.

I believe that there's going to be a blockade his wednesday.Just hope it doesn't turn into what happened in 2000.At the moment there seem's to be alot of panic buying.

everyone was going manic yesterday - local tesco's ran out of fuel and savacentre in the afternoon was about 10 cars on each pumps queue and they have 12 pumps. managed to get some there in the evening, with about a 10 min wait but no regular unleaded they had run out!!!! only premium unleaded

Just seen on Sky News that fuel protests similar to those in 2000 are being threatened for this coming week.
