FtW cart pick-up / drop-off times?

Hi, does anyone know the earliest time I can pick up a rental electric cart at the Fort Wilderness bike barn, and the latest time I can drop it off for return the next day? I am thinking of a one day rental.

Pick-up is supposed to be at 1:00 pm or later and return by 11:00 am the next day but if they have it available you can get it earlier..at least we did.

PS: I bet they will have one available before 1:00.....and you get them at the Front Desk..(Outpost)

I am not an expert here; but, I don't think you rent the golf carts at the Bike Barn. That's where you get bikes, canoes and kayaks.

I think you're right. A few years ago you could get them at the Bike Barn, but now that you point it out I remember reading that the pick up location has moved.

When we arrived last year there was a row of golf carts waiting to be rented up front near the check in area.
