This may sound stupid, but i seriously can not remeber :- is the ultimate park hopper pass included in the FTP?

UPH tickets (length of stay) are included.

You may add on the silver package up to your arrival...or upgrade to a better view or concierge without a change fee. If you "downgrade" then they will charge the change fee.

I thought the picture was to be delivered to your room, but I may be mistaken. We just rec'd our luggage tags yesterday!
