FTP help - last minute change of plans

Hello All

We had planned to stay off site and get annual passes for our trip we are now considering a last minute change of plans!!

Which would you do from these -

Keep with plans for an AP and staying offsite

OR

1 week All Stars (which one?) plus 1 week AKL (standard view -can't afford Savanah view)

OR

2 weeks at a moderate (which one or ones?)

It is acutally a three week trip with a stay at a villa in the middle week so we would have to check in twice whatever we do.

Sadly we can't afford to do the moderate and then AKL which I would like to so!!

We only have a couple of days left now until the package ends so help welcomed!!

I would probably go with the two weeks at the moderates, leaning towards CSR. To me, the draw of AKL is looking at the savanna from your room. I don't like AKL's theme enough to spend a week looking at the parking lot or entry drive.

I'm not a big AKL fan but I will say if I had to choose between one week at a value + one week at a another deluxe OR 2 weeks at a moderate .... I would choose the value + deluxe!

Have you ever stayed at AKL? I agree with the OP that I would want a savannah room if I stayed here. Other than that ... since the resort is kind of far removed ... not sure how much more I'd like it than a moderate.

Check out the WL resort. It is a MK resort and isn't as much as the other Deluxes. We are trying it this time and is sounds wonderful!

Just be careful, the AKL is very far from everything else. Its a long bus ride to anywhere.

The resort is beautiful and the CM's there are amazing.

2 weeks is a long time. I would check out the offsite options maybe who offers b'fast or any other amenities.

My question to you is - Will you be using the AP any other times during the next year? If so, that is the way that I would go. If not, I would probably go with week 1 at AS and week 2 at either AKL or WL. We love the AKL and it didn't seem that far away from the parks. The buses are great and they only serve the AKL and I think they are not as crowded as the other buses. But, if you are hesitant about the location or the fact that you will have a standard view room, consider the WL. It is another one of my favorites and you are only a boat ride away from the MK. I am sure that you will have fun whatever you decide... after all you are at the Mouse's house!
