Frustration!!!!!

We finally bought a used pop up that is in really good shape! Yay!!!! We "camped" once in our drive way, took it to a couple of soccer tournaments. Had fun. Well, now we cant crank it up very much at all. Needless to say we are FRUSTRATED!!!!! We are planning on taking it to the Fort in 2012, but now......

Has anyone ever had trouble like this???

What brand is it ? Jayco has a lifetime warranty on their lifting systems. Try to check all the cables and rollers. It may be something simple like the cable jumped off a roller when it was cranked too far the wrong way. It should be an easy fix since the system is very simple. The only bad thing I could imagine could happen would be a leak and wood rot issue where the pullies tore loose. Good luck and hope it works out well for you.
