Frustration With AAA

I have no idea if it is because of insurance. I have not declined nor accepted insurance at this point. I was told that I don't have to make that decision until 45 days of the trip. She finally called me back so I added my flight info, but she said something about if I wanted the meal plan. I assured her again that I knew I wanted that, but I don't know where she got the idea that we didn't want it! I certainly hope it doesn't get screwed up.

Yes and No....Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Once full payment is made, insurance can not be added anymore. Therefore if you make final payment 50 days prior to arrival and you call up 45 days prior to add on the insurance, per WDW policy, this is not allowed since full payment has been made.
