Okay, so I have been doing fairly well since I have started WW. My most favorite thing about getting smaller is how much I LOVE to exercise. Okay, so here is the frustrating part. I started getting pain in my right leg about 2 months ago or so, brush it off for as long as I could, until my mom and sis forced me to go to the doc to get it checked out (in 1987 when I was in 7th grade, I had a bengin tumor that wrap itself around nerves in my lower back and basically made my leg feel "dead" so they were both worried about recurrence). Doc said it was just my sciatic nerve, I could still exercise, with the old addage, if it hurts, don't do it! Went in again this past Monday, since the pain was not going away, and I had also developed a large lump on my right thigh. Xrays were done, and the doctor said she really didn't know what was going on, the Xray did not look normal, but she wasn't sure what it was. Called me yesterday, now I have to go in for an MRI sometime this week. Exercise had not been bothering me before, but I tried last night, and I was in pain (thank God the doc had prescribed Vicoden, before getting it, I had not slept more than 4 hours a night without being awakened 2 - 3 times a night in pain). I miss my exercise, and I don't want my success to slow down and derail. Sorry to complain, it's just that kind of a day today

I don't quite know how you feel about that, but I do know that you will get right back to it when you are able and that's great!! Listen to your body and take a break right now. Allow your body some healing time and I am sure the doctors will take care of you.
If you have to do something, can you lift small handweight for some arm toning? Get those arms all buff!
